America's Ethanol Conversion Kit

The future is ethanol. Our Intelligent Ethanol Injection System is the answer. Our Ethanol injection system is made entirely of components manufactured in the USA. We are also the only company to provide a Lifetime Warranty.

Our system will allow your car or truck to run on either ethanol based fuel E85 or petroleum based fuel. Safe and effective, the system is also easy on your wallet. This product is the answer to less expensive fuel, cleaner fuel, and fuel that will never run out because it’s made from natural products that can be replenished on a year to year basis.

Why should you convert?

First of all in some areas E85 is almost $1 cheaper per gallon. That means you can save anywhere between $18 and $30 per fill up. If you fill up once a week that’s a yearly savings of anywhere between $900 and $1500!! With oil prices breaking $130 per barrel, Gas prices will continue to go up.

E85 is mostly renewable. Instead of importing oil from all over the world we can use fuel grown right here in the U.S.A. We can burn a cleaner cheaper fuel and at the same time we can support our local agricultural community.

Not all of us can afford to buy a brand new Flex Fuel vehicle. Not all of us want to part ways with our current vehicle. We offer the opportunity to keep your current vehicle, use a cleaner “homegrown” fuel, and keep more money in our pockets.

What is E85?

E85 is a blend of 85% ethanol and only 15% gasoline. The U.S. Department of Energy has classified it as an alternative fuel which has the following advantages over gasoline: burns cleaner, renewable, environmentally friendly, domestically produced, and reduces our country's dependence on foreign oil.

Can a vehicle that currently uses only gasoline be converted to use ethanol (E85)?

Yes, most vehicles on the road today can be converted to run on E85. Basically, almost any gasoline powered vehicle that has a computer and electronic fuel injection can be converted to E85. Vehicles that run on diesel fuel, however, cannot be converted to run on E85 due to the different operating requirements of diesel engines.

The Number One Myth about Ethanol

The biggest myth regarding ethanol is that it will cause major damage to an automobile because of it's corrosive effects. This is a complete myth. For proof positive, please view the following:

Is the system available for my vehicle?

We Can Convert Models From All Auto Manufacturers:

How do I install the system?

Our Ethanol Injection System can be easily installed by your local mechanic, usually in less than an hour. It comes with a complete installation manual and only involves the wiring between your vehicle's computer (ECU) and the fuel injectors.

Are there any special maintenance requirements after the system is installed?

Once the kit is installed, and after the first full tank of E85 has been used, we recommend that you change the fuel filter and change the motor oil & filter. Ethanol is an excellent cleaner and will loosen any deposits or buildup in the fuel system. Depending upon the extent of the buildup, more than one fuel filter change may be necessary. At your first motor oil & filter change, we also recommend that you add one bottle of our EthanOil Additive to the engine crankcase. This additive will protect your engine if any ethanol makes its way past the piston rings and into your oiling system. After these two steps are performed, your E85 conversion is complete and regular vehicle maintenance is all that is necessary.

After the system is installed, can my vehicle still run on gas if no E85 is available?

Yes, your vehicle will be converted to use gas, E85, or any combination of the two. The system comes with a switch to enable either E85 or gas mode, the choice is completely up to you.

You are probably already using fuel that is 10% ethanol and 90% gasoline in your vehicle. It is sold all over the nation. Putting E85 in your vehicle will be just as simple. Same gas pumps, same gas stations. The results you get out may simply amaze you!

Converting your car or truck to use E85, which is a blend of 85% ethanol and 15% percent gasoline is better for your vehicle, better for the Environment, and better for the economy and security of the United States.

Consider the following facts:

1.) Tests have concluded that ethanol does not increase corrosion, nor will it harm any seals or valves.

2.) Ethanol is made of natural substances that can be continuously replenished by our own agricultural community.

3.) Ethanol runs much cleaner. Everything that breathes benefits.

4.) Ethanol actually increases the horse power in a car allowing it to run better. (105-113 octane)

5.) Maintenance costs are cut down because Ethanol creates less friction in the engine.

6.) Ethanol-enriched fuel can reduce pre-ignition problems (knocking/pinging).

7.) Ethanol is less expensive than petroleum based fuels.

8.) Ethanol-enriched gasoline meets all applicable vapor-pressure standards — to alleviate driving or starting problems in hot or cold weather.

9.) Ethanol-enriched gasoline can tolerate water contamination to a far greater degree than gasoline alone —it absorbs moisture and helps prevent gasoline freeze-up in cold weather.

10.) Today, you can do your part to help yourself and the United States. Fueling with ethanol allows us to Reduce our dependence on foreign oil, strengthen the economy by producing our own energy needs, and cut greenhouse gas emissions.

Please see our Product List for more about our Ethanol Injection System.

If it’s not there already, E85 will be showing up in your town soon. Find a station near you.
